Return and exchange
The return and exchange of products takes place in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights. To return or exchange products, you must contact the administration of the online store.
You have the right to refuse the order within 14 days after receiving it, if the product has not been in use and the original presentation has been preserved.
To return the products you must have identity documents, a sales receipt, a cash register receipt or a payment notification if a non-cash payment was made with a bank card via the Internet. After the return of the order paid with a bank card, the funds are returned to the buyer’s account in the period from 3 to 14 banking days in full, with the exception of delivery costs, if any. Funds are returned only to the account from which the payment was made.

Exchange of products that meet all quality standards is possible only through the cancellation of the order.
